Due to the nature and location of our event we are obliged to enforce strict policies, Sisters Productions, strongly suggests
purchasing travel insurance for your trip. We will be happy to help you with these arrangements at no cost. Our travel agent
can offer you great deals on airfares and extended stays for Nasyr Drum Camp 2017. Prices are subject to change without notice.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENTS
•
All rates are per-person in USD and are subject taxes where applicable.
•
A non-refundable deposit of $300 is due at time of registration.
•
Payment by certified check (USD) must be received 45 days prior to event.
•
Visa, Master Card, and Pay Pal payments accepted.
•
Full payment is due 15 days prior to event.
•
All students and guests must have a valid passport.

Passports:
•
A passport valid for at least six months beyond departure is required by nationals referred to in the chart above.
•
An ongoing ticket is required.
Visas:
Visas are not required by nationals referred to in the chart above for stays of up to three months.Nationals not referred to in
the chart are advised to contact the Dutch Embassy to check visa requirements for St Maarten.
Types and cost:
Short-stay Caribbean visa: €35. The Caribbean visa allows nationals who do require a visa to make short visits to Aruba, Curaçao, St Maarten
Bonaire, St Eustatius and Saba.
Validity:
The Caribbean visa is a multiple-entry visa. Visa holders may visit any of the countries included under the scheme for a maximum of 90 days
within one year. Each continuous period in any one country may not exceed 30 days.

CANCELLATION
•
Drum Camp fee will be refunded if canceled 45 days prior to event in an event of an emergency.
•
Hotel cancellation is subject to hotels cancellation fees.
•
Refunds will not be given for participants who choose not to travel without valid reason.

MINORS
An adult or legal guardian must accompany minors under the age of 18 at all times.

PARTICIPATION POLICY
•
Sisters Productions reserves the right to refuse, remove or deny admission to any person, student and or guest that
may cause, including but not limited to, any harm or potential harm, threats of any kind, disorderly conduct, illegal activity,
and any violation of laws under the United States of America.
•
Student and guests must wear their credentials at all times during classes and events to enter secured areas.
•
Students and guests must not lend credentials to any other person during the entire event.
•
Students and guests agree to be photographed, recorded, interviewed while in or at our events.
•
Video and or audio recording of classes & performances is prohibited without prior written consent of Sisters Productions.

GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE
By registering for Nasyr Drum Camp, you hereby release Sisters Productions and its vendors, its employees, and staff, from
all claims, liabilities, due to loss to property, damages, injuries, etc. arising from or in connection with your participation in any
aspects our drum camp.
